Hello! I am Richard, and my career in the military has exposed me to a diverse range of leadership styles, from exemplary to flawed, spanning from laissez-faire to totalitarian. During my time in the military, I honed my foundational principles of leadership, emphasizing values such as openness, respect, and a preference for action over inaction.
When questioned about the type of leader I aspired to be, my response has consistently been, 'it depends!' While some grasped the significance of this perspective, others found themselves puzzled. The truth is, leadership encompasses numerous approaches, and a skilled leader is one who can adapt their style to suit the situation and the individuals they lead.
Over the course of my career, I have been privileged to amass an impressive history of accomplishments, a wealth of leadership and management experience, and a strategic mindset. My utmost desire has always been to aid people in realizing their full potential. Today, I am dedicated to assisting YOU in achieving your highest aspirations through the cultivation of resilient teams, comprehensive training, and personalized coaching.
